The Sean McCarthy Live Passionately Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a public, non-profit charitable organization.  All donations made to the Foundation are tax deductible.  

The Foundation is run entirely by volunteers who do not receive payment or remuneration of any kind.   Operating expenses are kept to a minimum and are largely paid for by the family of Sean Michael McCarthy.  Business and accounting related services have been graciously provided by the firm of Richard T. Galli, CPA, Egg Harbor City, NJ. 

Donations that are received are directly used in fulfillment of Foundation’s mission.
